| The beach is coarse sand. The beach is gradual for a short distance. The water is clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water. There is a dock. The beach in Peachland is 1 mile away. It is directly in front of the quainte town of Peachland where there is shopping and restraunts. The Oakanagan lake is generally warm and wonderful to swim in! | ||

| Peachland town center is just one mile away where there are restraunts and shopping. Westbank is a 15 minute drive, and Kelowna is around a 25 minute drive. Welcome to WINE country. There are many wineries up and down the valley with a variety of local wines! | ||

| There is a spectacular view of the lake from all rooms of the house. It is aproximately one mile to the beach. However, it is one mile up hill. A good workout for those in shape enough to do it! | ||
